- Due to business growth we are currently seeking a Sales Co-ordinator, to work within our Technical Sales department.
- Duties will include but not limited to:
- Working alongside the Technical sales team to support with maintain and update clients records, and update our internal ERP system
.
- Assisting with the creation and updating of sales packs for clients.
- Assist with Identifying and nurturing business opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management
Ideally you will have worked within a Manufacturing or Technical sales environment although not essential. Attention to detail is a must and posses excellent communication both verbal and written. A good understanding of Microsoft software including Excel, Outlook and Word, with ideally working knowledge of CRM/ERP systems.
