Due to continued success and growth within our Sheffield facility we are looking for a Production Admin to ensure on time delivery of KPI’s, and records are kept at a high standard. You will also be required to work with customers to give weekly updates on live orders.
Duties include but not limited to;
- Liaise with customers on production updates.
- Creation of despatch paperwork and commercial invoices.
- Ensure the Transport Plan is implemented & deal with any required changes.
- Regular communication with the dispatch team.
- Review production documentation prior to release.
- Collect and document PODs for VAT purposes.
- Scan in and save all related paperwork for audit purposes.
- Raise orders for sub-contract work.
Ideally you will have previous experience working with in the Engineering sector. Have a high standard of IT literacy in all Microsoft office applications.
